Catering Facilities in Dublin / Tapas Business

We are a new small company based in Dublin, we do catering specialised in Tapas and Spanish cuisine, we have just started and we have already
received an order, we don't have catering infrastructure yet, so we are looking for an established catering company in Dublin interested in renting us a space in the kitchen when we need it, and provide us with delivery services. We are also looking for a partnership or association to create a larger catering service, we are specialised in Tapas and Spanish cuisine, but we can cook other dishes. If you are interested or know someone who could be please let us know as soon as possible.

Congrats on the order - I take it its a big one?

I think you will be lucky to find what you are looking for. Most kitchen are pushed for space at the best of times without having an alien party in there elbowing in on the range, benches and fridges etc. Also, delivery is usually a tightly scheduled plan that has to be adjusted fby the company every time a new order is included.

Insurance for you to share might be an issue also - extra bodies they will be liable for will cost extra Im sure.

The randomness of "when we need it" may not suit either.

I dont mean to rain on your parade - fair play to you for getting up and going, but is there another alternative to a share? There are key turner grants that you can apply for that will make getting a unit easier.
