if munster lose and leinster win, do leinster get home advantage because they finished higer in the league? or is home advantage now decided as being with the team who win the munster semi?

3.7 The Tournament Final is provisionally scheduled to take place on Saturday 28th May 2011. The Team that finished highest in the league stage will have the right to choose a venue within its own Union's jurisdiction (which may include the team's own ground) to host the Tournament Final, provided that the venue meets certain commercial criteria and has capacity for a minimum of 18,000 spectators.

Well no, Ulster finished ahead of Ospreys. If both those teams win the Ulster will play at home. Ospreys are the only side who can't have home advantage in the final.

Edit: Oh wait you're talking about their stadium capacity, right? Sorry, never mind me..

Pretty sure the 18,000 limit was set so that Leinster could host the final in the RDS.

Celtic Rugby have various expenses. There is a prizepool that they fund ect and they pay administration expenses too. So I suppose their budget is what we are talking about.
