I've had a Nokia E52 for four months now and its gone back to the shop for a second time. The front cover came loose on itand that was fixed but now my screen has gone blank. the phone still works as the spped dial numbers work but nothing on the front screen. It didn't fall as i wasd using it and then put it in my pocket but 5 mins later i took it out and nothing. Question is i've about 600 numbers saved onto the phone memory will i lose all these numbers if it can be repaired. I couldn't save them onto sim as i think i can only save name and numbers onto sim and i have additional info email, etc on mine. does anyone know. Cheers

You can save all the numbers using Ovi suite. Connect the phone to the PC with the usb connection, and everything is done from the PC

Should be backing up your numbers every couple of months. Nothing worse than losing them!

Mods maybe move this post into the main mobiles forum as this has nothing to do with Android.

That is unless the OP wants us to convince him to move to Android where he doesn't ever have to worry about losing contacts :D

Sync your phone up to outlook express on your pc. Or export as .csv file using Nokia PC suite.

I work in IT and we're having lots of problems with e52s here. I have stopped ordering them as the new firmware is causing lots of problems. Such a shame as I had one myself for about 6 months and it was a great phone

Get your numbers into Google as Gmail contacts, then you'll never loose them
