Anyone have a nice authentic recipe please? I believe its a Saudi dish popular throughout the middle east. Thanks!

    Google is your friend.

This one looks nice, and doesn't have any hard-to-find spices.

Thanks! I did Google it, but I'm really looking for a tried and tested recipe, like one that someone might have at home and has made for years.

Why not try a recipe you find somewhere, and then tweak it until it's how you want it. Then you've tried and tested it - which is surely the best way of finding something you like.

Think of the fun to be had trying different variations.

I always see another person's recipe as a starting point, not the end result.
