Reverse parking sensor problem

    Hi guys!
    I have a 2011 Kia Sportage and the reverse parking sensors no longer operate.As soon as I stick her in reverse I get an intermittent beeping for a few seconds which then stops.I know I should bring it back to the dealership but if it was something small i would like to have a look my self.Any ideas?

    This is a guess but it could be a damaged sensor. Check the bumper for dents etc.

    Thanks biko yeah its the middle sensor i just found out the other two are making a clicking sound when in reverse.I wonder does my warranty mean i can bring it to any kia dealer or does it have to be the dealer I purchased from?. I ask this because there is a dealer just down the road from me which is much closer.
