Where to buy headset cartridge bearings?

Are there any good places in Dublin or online to buy cartridge bearings for an alpina headset? Wouldn't mind getting a better quality cartridge as this one is screwed after 1 year with regreasing every 2 months or so.

I'm pretty sure it uses the campagnolo hiddenset standard of 41.8 45 deg - 45 deg angular contact bearings.

    What I have is a token cartridge with "418ACD 45degx45deg 41.8 x 30.2 x - 09G" stamped on the side.

I can find replacement headsets cheap enough but I just need the lower bearing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Chain Reaction Cycles sell headset cartridge bearings. Not sure whether they stock the ones you want.

I was looking at these ones before:

I took apart my headset on Saturday to figure out where the grinding was coming from and sure enough I need a new lower cartridge bearing. Here's what I took out but I'm not sure what to replace it with...

Would these fit? The middle ones: 45/45*41.8 Drop In - I don't understand what the 30.5 means when you zoom in on the bearing picture on CRC.

They're defo drop-ins cos the alu headset is machined to fit them as is.

    Thanks....

online option could be BETD - I got a replacement frame bearing kit from them recently. Can't remember the web address but just google BETD. It's a mountain bike site, but they do all sorts of bearing kits, you might be in luck

I can vouch for this company (Rotate Ltd) having dealt with them a lot when I was working which seems along long time ago. They are distributors for a lot of bearing manufacturers. Just call them first with a description of what your looking for. They have a trade counter. If I remember correctly take first righ after woodies on way into estate. They're first premises on RHS.
