I've got quite weak quads esp. VMO after an operation last year. My leg feels great after ass to grass squats, and i'm considering doing them every day to help build up my leg. Is this a good idea?

    No.

You need to give your muscles a rest so that they can grow in between training them. Try training legs twice (maybe three times) a week intensely.

Anymore than that would be considered cruel and unusual.

That's how I imagine Russell Brand would reply if he ever posted on Boards! :D
