Hot Yoga

    Im starting hot yoga as its the only class I can find that fits with my work schedule and Im useless at keeping up with the gym, but Im just wondering has anybody done this before and how did they find it for weight loss and fitness?
    Im fairly standard weight for my height, but just want to do the usual toning and strenthening malarky before I go on holidays. Wouldnt mind losing a couple of pounds while Im at it either.
    What kind of results do you think I could expect with a normal diet and 3-4 70minute Hot Yoga classes a week?
    How do people find the heat?
    Any other experiences people want to share?
