PRINTING STAMP, old time bar? Help please.

    My Grandad had this in his house for as long as I remember, Now I have it.

    I think its a stamp for the old chocolate bar (old Time) I think. I think they had a yellow wrapper.

    It looks as tho the metal it copper but im not sure.

    ANy help with identifying aht this is exactly or a value is greatly appreciated.

    I like it, very nice. I have a few stamps like this myself, very hard to put a value on them. Mine are local to my town as I run an historical site about it.
