Gel inserts aka Chicken Fillets

Hey! Did a trawl through Dunnes, Penneys, M&S today to find these little wonders but to no avail, apparently they aren't stocked anymore (??) I have a dress that needs 'a bit of help' and would really appreciate if anyone knew where I could find them...

La Senza and Debenhams would be worth a look in (I'm quite surprised M&S don't have them).

If you still can't find them, you could give a bra with extra padding and a bit of lift a try (if the dress design allows!). Depending on what bra size you are, you could also try an "invisible bra" (the ones that look like stick on chicken filets), these are available everywhere at the moment (for Summer!) and can be adjusted for give a bit more boobage.

La Zenza have them but they're a bit pricey - 50-odd euro when I bought them. Dunne's did a really good push up bra for all of three days, it was seriously the best I've ever had, found something very similar in Penney's today for 8 euro!

I have these ones from Debenhams and they are quite good.

I am a 30B and find these really good when I need some help. I got mine for €24 on sale a month or two ago.

I also have similar ones from Penneys which are half the size and I find them good as well, they were €4 or €6 I think. It was a while ago when I got them (around Xmas) so I don't know if they still stock them.

A family member has other ones, they are skin coloured and I don't think they do anything at all, but maybe it's just me. I don't know where she got them, but I think she paid around €40 for them.

They're built into the bras in Penneys. They also do a boost one that brings you up two sizes. Heatons sell the stick on ones too, you could always use it under another bra for a boost.

Pennys on Mary Street still do the clear gel inserts, saw em yesterday
They're big enough though-definately make a big difference!
