    Anyone here know their swords?

I bought one in Indonesia about 20 years ago, just found it out in the shed again now that I have returned home to Aussieland.

Its a straight bladed sword (a little tarnished now) with a bone and brass handle. Designs on the blade have some asian symbols like a dragon breathing onto a shield with another asian symbol.
I will get photos to attach here. But is anyone here all knowing in their old swords?

    Here are some photos.

As bad as it looks in the pics, the light in the garage seems to enhance the corrosion. Its actually only surface rust and can be easily removed.

I will polish it up over the next few days. But any info would be appreciated.
