Windows 7 Pro OEM only €74.90?

I'm planning on building a pc shortly and want to include a fresh install of Windows 7. Was planning on getting a retail version, but I just noticed OEM versions which caught my eye. I know all the limitations of OEM, but the price looks very appealing, which is why I'm here.

OEM versions of Windows 7 Professional for example usually go for around €120ish. But I see a new copy of Win 7 Professional OEM for only €74.90, which seems suspiciously cheap compared to every other site I looked at. Am I missing something about that copy?

Also does anyone have any experience in dealing with Microsoft about reactivating after a motherboard fail? If my motherboard fails and I replace it with the exact same model, would Windows still not work?

    Thanks in advance

know your seller. And dont be afraid to ask the vendor, Microsoft in this case.

Once found suspiciously cheap copies of Stardock games from a 3rd party site, and asked them about it. They thanked me for alerting them to a fraud and gave me free copies of what I was interested in in the first place.

I would, but unfortunately no longer a student and neither is anyone else I know.

Do you think softwarebilligar will take back the product if not used for a refund? Maybe if I tell them it's the wrong one or I don't need it or something. I'd hate to have it stop working after a few months.

Or should I ring Microsoft and ask them if it's legit? Either way, I'd like my money back if it turns out it's not legit. Although Microsoft might frown on me buying cheap, possibly illegal copies of their software. Guess I was right to be suspicious, but also stupid for not researching. Any help would be appreciated.

Well I would be happy to buy a legitimate copy of Windows 7 from the student site, but I'd also like to sort out my possible money loss from the other site. Is there anything I could do about that? Is there any way of knowing if it's a good copy or not?

Only thing that pops up is they ship manufacturer (Dell mentioned in reviews..) branded OEM media and.. presumably sourced software keys, strictly speaking, would Microsoft be happy with that?
