How to disable bluetooth?

Hey probably a bit of a weird one but any help will be greatly appreciated!
I have a Dell Latitude D430 with windows xp. For some reason the bluetooth light flashes on randomly even though I'm not using it. While I'm sure it's nothing it's kinda annoying so I'd like to turn it off.
Except in my control panel there is no Bluetooth options(that i can find anyway I could be missing something?)
There is also no icon in the taskbar so I can't disable it that way.
I wasn't even aware that the laptop had bluetooth until the light kept flashing on!

Anyone have any idea how I can disable it?
    Thanks!

No, but a tiny bit of black tape would stop it annoying you !
