Metal Casting

I was thinking about creating custom made pendants for jewellery but I really don't know where to start.
I've been trying to find some Irish websites that sell molding material, tools and casting metals but so far I've only found one modelling shop in Cork, and their metals aren't really suitable for jewellery (containing lead).
At the moment I'm just looking at what I could get and at what price. Hopefully I can find a walk-in shop in Dublin.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Have you thought about using PMC (precious metal clay)? It's worked in the same way as modelling clay but has a sterling silver content so creates very delicate jewellery. You can use the same shaping tools as modelling clay, and I think it comes with a syringe for more intricate work. Obviously it's more expensive, but you wouldn't need specialised equipment.
