    Hi folks,

Just a quick one regarding my new iPhone 4. I ported over from O2 to 3 yesterday and my number has come over but I cannot receive calls or texts although I can make them.

I'm just wondering is this still part of the port process or does anyone know if it may be related to a technical fault.

    Many thanks

Sometimes it can take 24 hours to fully port over, AFAIK....

It sounds like a routing issue, basically the calls are not getting forwarded to 3 correctly. Get onto 3 and they should be able to resolve it easy enough.

Many thanks for the replies. The problem seems to have sorted itself out. I imagine it was all down to the porting process. Thanks again

be careful when you facetime with 3, you work off your 3 number rather than your o2 number. At least the OH's does that.
