A week ago I noticed what looked like a full-stop wandering around my scrreen. (its a Toshiba satellite btw, with a LCD screen) It crawled around for a while but away by itself after an hour or so. :)

But this morning I turned on the laptop and it appears he came back to die, just off centre of the screen so if I'm viewing anything with a light background, it just draws the eye to it - very very irritating!

Anything I can do apart from taking things apart?! Can I be optimistic and assume it will disintegrate over time and disappear?

.... he's not dead. Moving around again but I think he crapped after he woke up from playing dead because there is a small mark left there.:(

That's interesting, what anti-virus program do you use? :D

    Very funny!

    ;)

seriously though, he seems to like the centre of the screen for some reason. I hope there isn't another one in there, of the opposite sex!

I would but he seems to have gone off on a wander again. No sign of him today. :)
