Hi I'm 21, athletic and naturally a strong frame. I go to gym quite a lot and play a decent amount of sport.
I recently got my weight bmi and body fat checked.
    Height: 6,1.5"
    Weight: 98.7kg
    Body Fat 19.1%
    BMI 28.5

I'm in quite good shape and feel fit but my weight and body fat just seems far too high.
Basically I am looking for dietary tips. I don't tend to snack but I love a big lunch and dinner. I also live at home which doesn't help (lots of spuds, pasta etc)
I'm a strong build and I don't want to lose any muscle mass, so.......

    What should I change?

Give us an average sample of what you eat on a daily basis. Include everything.
