They annoy me much more than God botherers. Amongst intelligent informed people, atheists outnumber theists by a significant number. Yet they continue to be smug and preachy, its really ****ing annoying.

I think in general , atheists tend to have bee in their bonnet about contradictory and hippocritical things that religous people and institutions do. They don't really care if you believe in a God or not but more in the way that they practice that belief. The reverse doesn't really work so it is always going to seem like atheists are giving out about something religous or other.

There are plenty other forums here better suited for this discussion. I would however advise you remove the gobshite bit if you plan on taking it to the Atheist forum.
