How do you even begin to build up the strength to do these kinds of manoeuvres?? I don't know anyone who could even get themselves into more than 2 of the positions in this video let alone do 1 rep of whatever comes next:eek:

    I mean 3:03 for instance -

A very strong core for starters. I can do some of what he does after training hard for it over a long time but in no way would it be for as many reps or with the ease and intensity that he does it. I started by doing 10 sets of pull ups, dips, push ups. Each one to failure. For the pull ups i began trying to turn them into muscle ups, for the dips i would lean forward and try kick my legs back and for the push ups i would push from the ground up on to a step. Just trying to add a little more explosiveness to each movement and really push my core strength to its limit. I was doing this in the gym out my back but decided to go out to the playground beside me where i must have looked like a complete fool as i'd try some of the movements and be lucky to even hold for a second. I kept at it and eventually with some of them i could manage some reps. My goal is the human flag but i don't even know where to start for that one.
