Play.com: Where is my post ?

Hi guys I thinking that the post has lost some stuff that I picked up online there a few Weaks back.

There two Weaks ago about 14 days eg 10 bis days I ordered 3 blu rays from Play.com and 1 was sent by it's self and 2 outer where sent at the same time

The 1st single blu ray has showed up but the outher 2 have gotting lost I think what is my best bet to get onto about it

Also I picked up 2 more blu rays from amazon last weak with super saver and 1t has know been 6 bis days with them to and I have no idea where they are

Also I have had 3D glasses sent via reg post to me from England last weak to and still have not showing up to

So guys what am I post to do

Contact the companies that sold them to you, and tell them they haven't turned up. You will probably have to wait longer though, possible 15-20 days before they will investigate.

I find stuff from play.com takes much longer to arrive than anyone else. If you check their website it will tell you how long to wait before they will track it.

I will do that but the funny thing is that both sets of blu rays where sent on the same day and one turned up last Weak and I have no idea where the 2nd lot is ?

They can't track anything as they do not post items by registered post so they have no tracking numbers. All they can do is check if the items were dispatched and resend the items.

iPhone spell thing but I have a number from CEX and it's in ireland for the last 3 days and has not moved

Also will I get onto the rev to see if any of my post was taking for vat ?

i have had that too and they eventually arrived

Dont take dispatch dates on play too seriously ,I often recieved items first that were sent last.

Happened to me as well a few weeks ago when ordered 4 Blu-Rays and 3 tee-shirt.

2 Blu-rays arrived about 2 weeks before everything else and then one of the tee shirts was wrong. I will get a refund AFTER I post it back, post will cost me £ 1.40 according to the mail i received. Not happy. First problem i have had with play. Wont be using them again too soon.
