    From RTE's online Guide
Ryan Tubridy is joined by adventurer Mark Pollack, former X-Factor contestant Katie Waissell. Plus, Crystal Swing perform their new single, a cover of Total Eclipse of the Heart

Tubs has also been Tweeting about a debate on online dating...

Illness of the week? I'm betting on sports hack Tony O'Donoghue

I hope not,but if they are,do you think DLB will have the balls to ask them THE question.
The question being, why are you looking for the people that are responsible for your daughter going missing, when all you have to do is look at each other, you are 100% responsible for her going missing?

    Doubt it though:mad:

The Late Late Show has fallen from grace big time, the level of guests has plummeted, it's now one of the worst shows on TV.

Is the Graham Norton show on TV3 the same as the later one on BBC

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 35,514 ✭✭✭✭efb

No. TV3 is a repeat of last week's BBC one

With a guestlist like those mentioned by the OP, the LLS now looks like a light entertainment afternoon show being broadcast at the wrong time.

Can someone answer, completely honestly, was the quality of guests for Pat Kenny as bad as it is nowadays? I can't remember.

    This is brutal in fairness.

Sick of checking this forum for the LLS line up and mumbling FFS

Mark Pollock is our 'illness of the week'.

    With thanks to Wiki ...
Pollock has been fully blind since the age of twenty-two in 1998 when his retinas became detached partially due to the injury he had previously sustained. When he woke up in his hospital bed he realised that he could no longer see
He was a guest on Tubridy Tonight in 2009.

He is an adventurer, athlete, rower, kayaker, author and international motivational speaker, no less.

Katie Waissel really is scraping the bottom of an already well scraped barrel.

She was hated on X Factor, and has done nothing since.
    The Late Late Show ico-13-mark.gif
    Fri 6 May, 21:35 - 23:45
    RTÉ One
    (Entertainment)
With Mark Pollack, Katie Waissell and music by Crystal Swing
    (Subtitles)
They have managed to spell two guests names incorrectly there, nice work RTE.

I predict this will be the Worst Show Ever.

So not only have we had to put up with Punchestown Races all week and today we have the NI elections too now we have this lot on the LL.
Hmm good job I have a dvd to watch tonight.

Graham Norton however is another thing. House is on it tonight, Robert Pattinson and Reece Witherspoon.

    i think it was.

i would only have evered watched the late late when pat kenny was doing it when there was a current affairs piece on. possibly if there was a sports person i liked on too. the rest of the time i would have avoided it.

Sounds like a much better option. Count me in. :) (for Graham, not the DVD)

Thanks God for illegal downloading. Now to find a movie, any movie to watch. The other option is working. Either would be preferable.

Stay around here for the banter, better than actually watching it... 'watch' through Boards :D:D

In a rather drastic move this week , I've resorted to the one thing that will get me through the show pain free. Unfortunately wine makes me sleepy so I'll likely be fast asleep by 10 / 10:30 someone wake me when the swing start swinging :)
