back to education, JSA question

I hope someone here can help me figure out my situation.

Basically, I was on JSA and got a job.

I find that after a few months, I hate said job. I would like to leave, and attend school in September to repeat my leaving cert and eventually get to college. I'm young enough and completely unqualified so I reckon it would be the best action for my future.

Citizens advice told me that I have to spend a certain amount of days on JSA before it becomes "back to education" so, leaving as soon as possible looks like the right move.

When I apply for JSA, should I tell the truth and say that I'm actually just trying to get the back to education allowance or should I tell them that I found my employment conditions unendurable (which is also true)? when I was on JSA before, it was because of redundancy, so I'm unsure of the procedure for people who leave a job beyond the nine week wait.

    cheers for any replies.

I think that if you tell them you're planning to go back to school then they might say you're ineligible for JSA because you won't be seeking work.
