Need to lose 80 pounds

    Hi I'm 6ft 4in and weigh 314 (was 328 4 weeks ago) and I want to get down to 230 I go the gym 6 days a week 1 mile walk 20 mins rowing machine 3000m 15 mins, 7k bike 15 mins and a half hour on the different weight benches I eat once a day around 4 and eat a piece of meat and some rice/pasta I want to lose the weight by Christmas is it possible ? Do I need to more in the gym/diet.

    It's really simple, you lost 3.5 pounds a week, which is a bit high but manageable for your size, keep at it. If your weekly loss is over 4 pounds, try eating a bit more, if it's under 2 pounds for 3 weeks in a row, come back here for help :)

    eat a more spread out diet....starving yourself will do you no good you'll just put your body into starvaion mode and make it very hard to lose weight.Eat 4-6 times a day(small meals,they don't have to be proper dinners).
