Google Form P46, your new employer should complete and send this to Revenue in order to get a list of your tax credits.

You should register with Revenues paye system https://www.revenue.ie/selfservice/enterRegistrationDetails.faces and you will be able to update tax credits and do various other things online. This is not necessary but it can be handy.

You probably will be emergency taxed until the employer gets a list of your credits and SRCOP but then you should get it back. Once your credits are sorted you probably wont have to pay PAYE unless your on savage money  but you will probably have to pay a small amount of USC and PRSI each week.

    Hope this helps
