Miving itunes music and apps to another computer

    Hi all,
I plan on wiping my pc tomorrow and doing a fresh install with windows 7. I haven't done a fresh install in a good while so I have forgotten how to transfer my itunes files :o
I have about 25GB of music which is a mixture of cd's i've ripped on itunes and also folders of music I have added which have been downloaded. I have also a good few apps.
I have all my music named the way I want, so would like to keep it that way. And I really don't want to have to go to the hassle of importing all the music into itunes again.

What is the best way of copying my current library so that I can just add it to itunes tomorrow on my fresh install?

    Thanks!

Copy the entire iTunes Music folder to a new drive. When you reinstall, you just have to import it with iTunes again. You can't copy and paste it directly as iTunes has to rebuild the library etc (I think)
