    my friend owes a small amount of money under 300 euros
    he lost his job and is having trouble moneywise
    this person rang him and said they will put him in stubbs if he does not pay up soon.
    he told them stubbs is like a phone book these days and alll the celeb s
    were in it and he would be honoured to be entered into it

    but does anyone take notice now of stubbs
    considering the state of the country
    and can anyone enter a persons name if owed money???
