Scammer Phone calls

    So I got a scammer phonecall yesterday, and had a bit of fun with the guy, strung him out etc.
    Now today i got another one, but this time I recorded it:

    Some radio station out west heard it and I'll be on having a chat later, anyone here get these calls?

    Do you mess em around too?

    Holy sh!t I never realised that they're that bad! Getting you to go in to event viewer and telling you that each event in there is a virus. Idiots.

    Thanks for recording this though, was very entertaining.

    That was funny, Ive never got a phonecall from scammers by they have gotten hold of my email address and I get around 3 or 4 mails everyday
    Today I got a email from David Cameron himself :pac:

    I've got these call since I moved to my current cable based supplier. Never had a single call before then.

    I string them out, I'm on Ubuntu, OSX, 'I'll boot a virtual windows machine now', 'i don't have a computer at home, wait whilst I call the office', etc.

    Better that I'm wasting their time, that they're annoying (or worse) my family.

    They absolutely get aggressive, but hey, I'm just super polite and keep asking what's the keyboard short cut for CTRL-ALT whatever off an iMac running a virtual MS instance :)
