    It's a lot of machine for the cash.

    But i'd almost consider getting a mid range desktop for gaming and something with a smallish 11-13" screen for carrying around if gaming on the go wasn't a priority. Although, maybe on your budget that would be tough.

    But the Asus certainly looks good to me.

    The thing is I plan to go work abroad in the next few months so that's why the laptop is my only option... If I wasn't I'd probably build a rig for hundreds less..
