    Hello!
    Did anyone else run the Roscommon 10k yesterday? I did it with my husband & really enjoyed it. It was my first 10k since the mini marathon last year (which was for charity etc etc but was disastrous in terms of running / time etc as I had a bad case of runner's knee in both knees) so basically it was the first 10k race that I've run rather than hobbled. I found it a bit tough because of the heat & the strong breeze, and I had a stitch at about 8.5 k and had to stop for a minute or two to stretch, but i still made it in under the hour (just! 58 something) so I was pleased.

    I thought it was a lovely route & all the stewards / staff etc were very friendly & helpful.
