    Hi all,

I'm relatively new to cycling and have just finished a 225km cycle over two days, really enjoyed it and i'm thinking maybe the 'Ring of Kerry' in July could be my next challenge.

Getting better with time, but I find hills tough going and sometimes feel a bit dizzy once I get very out of breath on a big climb - so just wondering if anyone has any training advice specifically for improving your ability to cycle up hill, aside from practice, practice, practice which i'll also be doing...

    P.s - i'm currently using a 24 speed hybrid with 32' tyres.

    Thanks a million :D

    Suggested training plan

I think you mean 32mm as opposed to 32 feet :D

Getting dizzy failry regurlarly might not be good. If you are out of shape etc, I'd suggest going doc to get a check that you are 'good to go'.
