    Hi all,

I was lucky enough to get invited to an interview for the doctorate in counselling psychology in Trinity. Has anyone out there any experience of this? and if so, any tips would be very much appreciated! they said there would be a written part, a group interview and an individual interview..any tips on anything would be great, I have no clue what the written part could entail, for example.

    thanks in advance!!! :D

    Hey Haploid,

I really hope your interview went well last year:)

I want to apply for the same counselling course in 2013 and was wondering if you could tell me about the interview process

Also, Im wondering what i can do in the meantime with regards to increasing my chances of being offered an interview. Do you have any suggestions as to whether I should be applying for volunteer work in the area or should I try to train in CBT etc.

Ive been a care assistant working with intellectually disabled adults for three years which is the only relevant work experience I have, and im thinking theyre gona want more, but I dont know how much more!!:(
