Whereabouts in Cork are you based? I'm a trainer working out of Midleton, but can recommend somebody closer to you if you'd like?

I use Gillian O Sullivan who works out of Hayfield Manor. I find her absolutely excellent and the hour really flies by. She's brought me in less than a year from not being able to exercise to surpassing what I thought I would be able to do. She's pretty resonable also. Look up www.gillianosullivan.ie
