"On behalf of" Emails in Outlook 03

    Hi there,

I'm in recruitment and a lot of email applications come through an intermediary jobs website.

The problem I'm having is that when I go to export a large group of our emails to an excel databse, or try to use our CRM Salesforce, the email address it gives each person is "noreply@blablajobsite.com"

However, when I deal with the emails in outlook, the "From" column has the applicants name, e.g. John Smith., and in the email at the top it says "BlaBla Recruitment Website [noreply@blablajobsite.com] on behalf of John Smith [John.Smith@hotmail.ie]

If I click reply in Outlook then it has no problem automatically entering the contact's real email, and ignoring the noreply one. I can only reply to one person at a time though in Outlook, and sometimes I need to email numerous people.

Does anyone know how to get the right (i.e.. On Behalf Of) email into Excel? I've tried changing the fields but it hasn't worked for me. Is there one field in particular I should be using? I need to get it using the "On behalf of" address when it's available.

I'm sorry if this is confusing, I've absolutely love any help.
