I have a flowering cherry "Kanzan" in the garden and there is one branch without any flowers on it. I am just wondering if I should remove it after the flowering is over, or should I leave it be...

I have another cherry same variety and its doing poorly only a few flowers scattered around on it. I have given it spring dressing of growmore last few years am thinking of removing one of the lower branches which would be about 1-2inches thick to see if it would make a difference

    What do you think???
