land for sale , something odd about folio

not sure this belongs in this forum or the legal section, i inherited some land from an uncle in the past year and plan to sell it , 29 acres in two sections , anyhow , while both sections fall under the one folio , one section has no area listed , i know what the area is but my question is this , in order to sell it ,…
