Man gets the Bus at Busaras. At one of the stops on the way to his destination he asks the driver if he could buy a bottle of water in the shop. Driver says OK. Man comes out of shop and bus is gone. He phones Busaras and tells them what happened and that his case is on the bus. They tell him they checked with the driver and the driver will leave the case at a stopping point for him. Man gets next bus and when he arrives at point were case is he is told no one left a case for him. He tells this to the driver of the bus he is on. Was advised to phone bus station again and tell them. He did that and they said they would get back to him.’ he asked if they had his number and they said they had. When he said this to bus driver the driver said no way are they going to get back to him. He was right. He told the man the case will probably end up back in Busaras . He was right again. He told the man we will pass that bus on its way back to Busaras and the best thing to do is get off and stop it at one of the bus stops. The driver asked him to phone him and tell him if the case is on that bus. He did call and his case was on the bus.
So what has happened here is the people who take your call in Busaras are only given you lip service. They couldn’t give a monkeys. There are people there who are referred to as half caps (Supervisors who are not fully trained and only part-time). But generally none of them give a dam. They are only X-Drivers with no Education.
