    Hey,

So like a lot of people these days I am completely broke. I have no money to do any classes, gyms or get any home equipment.

So, I am gonna have a lot of extra time on my hands very soon  and I want so instead of mopping about I would like to see workout.

My fitness levels are so so at the moment, I walk 10 k every other day and do pilates most days. Also, My diet is fine for me, I eat clean (aiming for paleo) so I don't really need any help there.

I'm gonna start the C25k but if anyone has any other free cardio tips that would be great.

I'm trying to get a strenght plan together, this is where I am really stuck as I can't afford the weights. I'm doing push ups and triceps dips but could use tips on the reps as i'm a newbie to this and also what else can I do?

    Thanks for any help

try crossfit training, most of it can be done with little or no equipment.

its becoming very popular, check the website out and look into it. here's the irish site.

    speed rope is very cheap

    pullup bars can be improvised.

Try pistol squats. If unable to do them assist by pulling yourself up with your hand as little as you can until you can do them.

Work toward one-handed pressups - adjust posture so you only assist with off-hand as little as possible.

These are both excellent exercises - a lot of muscles are involved in stabilising during the motions: They work more than you would expect. They really tire you out quite fast.

    Cheers

I stumbled upon this link www.fitness-training-at-home.com in DotComDolly's fitness log and the one thing i do actually have is a fitnessball.

The crossfit looks really good, hopefully when I get bsck earning I can look into this it looks like alot of fun...At least I can work on my burbee's and tabata mix at home!

Yeah I'm gonna aim for the one hand push up and also the diamond push in "fitness at home".

    Good stuff

Yeah, one thing that can be said for Crossfit metcons is that you can get away with having little or no equipment!
