I have to go to court in two weeks time to sign off on an agreed maintenance order.I would also like to run a guardianship order into this "signing off".
Is there anyway i can do this without having to go to a solictor ?? and within the timeframe ?
Any feedback would be most welcome.
    Best regards

Get your ex to sign S.I. No. 5/1998 with you in front of a Commissioner for Oaths/ Peace Commissioner.
Make 3 copies. One for you, one for your ex and one for a responsible individual in case you lose yours and the original, which should be lodged in the Court file, goes missing, as there is no registration of Guardianship.
