    Hi Guys,

Im thinking of getting a car loan of about 6K, i dont have a Credit union acc so i guess my bank is my only option.

My bank acc is in Athlone while im currently working in Limerick. Is it possible for me to go into a branch in Limerick and get a loan? Or is more advisable to go to my own branch?

    Thanks

Not sure what Bank your with but I am with AIB and in similar situation to you I applied online for it via internet banking lot easier than having to go into a branch

All loans would be assessed centrally anyway so i wouldnt imagine that it would matter which branch you dealt with.
