As the title suggests I'm in Limerick this weekend and will be bringing my bike. I'm looking to hit the tarmac on Sunday, are there any spins or events on?
If not anyone of you fine 410 boardsies fancy meeting up for a spin? I'll have my car too so can drive if necessary.

    Many thanks..

Looks like I'm in luck for company this weekend. Heading down myself to Limerick tomorrow morning and fancy an early spin Sunday morning if that suits. Was actually goiing to post up looking for details on big climbs round Limerick (as I haven't done much cycling there tbh) as I'd like to get in some training for Roundwood (although not sure how hilly this will be). Will PM you.
PS: if you need a new helmet don't be afraid to ask moi. :)

don't mind that running. probably the most damaging sport for any cyclist. also when you stop running you stop moving. when you stop cycling you can still move. magic.

There is also a regular spin from Planet-Tri in Killaloe on Sunday morning, I sometimes meet them out but I am not 100% of the start time....think it might be 11am - they usually head out around Lough Derg if that was of interest.

Hope it's not too late to organise spin for tomorrow. Was just chatting to whacker and he's in Cork so he's out for tomorrow. if you're up for Woodcock hill or the Clarina-Kildimo etc route I could meet you in Clarina. Will PM my contact no.

was at Shannon bridge at 7 but no sign of any cyclists. headed out towards Cratloe and up Woodcock hill and did a few hill repeats there and finally Gallows hill. Grade went to 26% at one stage.
