    Trying to pay my bill online but firefox tells me the security cert has expired. Should that be happening?

    This happened to a friend of mine it turned out the time and date was set wrong on his computer.

    yes have seen that incorrect date can cause this however if this has been checked and you still cannot pay online let me know.
