Ryanair prepaid mastercard question

    Hi, I just find that for ryanair, only prepaid mastercard is possible to get rid of the admin fee. Might I know if there are any method to get a prepaid mastercard, which does not have charge on each transaction in Dublin?

    Get it from the Information Desk. One-off cost of €5. You can load it with up to €1000. Cannot reload it.

    Afaik moneybooker and netteller do one as well.
