I have a selection of guitars and amps myself but regardless I cut off at ten Pm for starts I keep the Electric down to a minimum and I tend to use the acoustic more. No complaints so far.

My neighbours (in a 4-apartment block) don't mind (well, they havent said anything to me...???), but I don't go blasting out the metal at 4am.....on weekdays.....

none of my neighbours have ever complained! to me anyway....

just keep it reasonable volumes during the day, and even more reasonable volumes at night, and you'll have no problems

I've had complaints from my neighbours - but when you have a Gretsch duo jet going through an ENGL Screamer 50 you can't help but turn it up.

In answer to the op - I'd be chuffed. Get together, have a jam - see what's going on.
