I have bought from some Irish sites before and they were fine. They cost about €45 for a set of generic inks.
I found this company in UK which do generic inks at a fraction of the price. I got a full set for my HP printer for less than €15 including shipping. I have used the inks on personal photos and the quality is excellent.
