Does anybody know what constitutes as a breach of a Safety Order (I am aware of what it says on the Order)

And if anybody has had one how did you find it worked? Did you get satisfaction from the Gardai etc....

    Thanks

They work when the applicant follows through with their complaints in court. Otherwise they aren't much good.

As K_mac says you have to have to have to be willing to follow it through
If you get a safety order or a barring order out and your ex breaks it you have to call the gardai, you have to be willing to go to court & testify and you really have to know that in 6 months down the line you aren't going to be ringing the gardai saying "its ok now we made it up it was all a big misunderstanding, he loves me really"

    Happens more that you'd think!
