So, there are a lot of threads on losing weight, but as a skinny guy trying to bulk up, I want to know how badly having a few cans can affect muscle gain.

Anyone know if it has a big impact?

Two or three cans, maybe three times per week?

if hangovers don't mean you miss sessions and you're still able to put in the work and get your diet grand then it's fine.

...and if you're getting a hangover after two or three cans, you've bigger problems than gaining muscle. :D
