For Saorview compatibility you need an Mpeg 4 tuner , and that set has an mpeg 4 tuner ,

However I'd strongly advise against buying it , Hanspree are not a good make , the internal scaler is not great and its feature set is very limited.

For almost the same money you can get this from DID , its a great set , and does just about everything , plays back a comprehensive list of media from a USB port , is Saorview compatible , etc etc.
