    Hi,
I'm going to buy some bench and train my belly to lose fat from it and also i would like strenghten my back, do you think this bench will be enough??
    Abdo Form Fitness Plate
it costs just €25 and i think it's pretty cheap as well.
I found another BENY AB BOARD for €32, it seems to be nice too.

What do you think which will be better for me??

Not much good having rock hard abs that are covered by a layer of fat.

    Diet and exercise

Agree with above. Walk, run, cycle, swim a few times a week for a month or two then worry about doing some ab exercises. Building ab muscles will not affect a layer of fat above those muscles. Only aerobic exercise and diet will do that. At one point I did hundreds of sit ups, crunchs and other ab exercises a day and still had a belly as I was eating junk food the whole time and not aerobically exercising enough.

key word to lose fat is nutrition.Workout a helathy meal plan with a calorie deficit.Thats the only way to lose fat.You can ofcourse throw in cardio and weights to make the process go faster.

Can't hurt but you won't be able to SEE the benefits. You will get basically the same results from both if you use them right
