Used to get numb hands wrists and fingers on straight bar hybrid. Changing grips helped, adn gettign well padded gloves.

Haven't had same problem on road bikes. The gel padding you can get for under your bar tape might help.

I have two pair of gloves. With one pair I sometimes get numb fingers, usually during races. Not with the other pair. So changing gloves might be something to consider.

Tend to get it mainly in my right hand when on the velodrome in Manchester - I put it down to how tight I am gripping the bars, with little variation in position - sometimes I don't bother with the track mitts to avoid the problem

Try different hand positions, and as el tonto suggests, alternative (or even no) gloves, to see if it makes a difference

try wearing latex gloves under the main pair. my fingers/hands/feet freeze in no time especially coming down hills in cold weather. even a thick pair of specialized radiant gloves isn't enough to keep me warm in winter but when i use the latex gloves underneath the main pair i'm not too bad. you will sweat loads in them though but take that any day over the cold.
