    M-

Is the new Isle of Man "Manx" prefix.

A lot of Business operators are choosing to register their aircraft there these days.
A bit like Bermuda and the Bahamas were used in the past. I'm sure it's all down to money in the end.

    What's M-CELT?

It's a Falcon 7X - and it is operated for Dermot Desmond who is a major financier of Glasgow Celtic FC

Possibly money but just as possible that the Manx aviation authorities try to work for aviation.
